any program to find duplicate samples/oneshots by "acoustic fingerprint"?

    most programs looking for audio duplicates by acoustic fingerprint need long audio not 1-second pieces :/
    I have many identical sounds with different sizes and formats that normal duplicate programs do not detect

    For me and for all duplicate files is good enough Tune Up Utilities 2014... Just rund duplicate finder and even with different names it will .
