I had to use a vpn plugin on chrome to make my IP look like it's from the US to get the site to work. Use Hola VPN plugin, set country to USA, and the website will work.

I have try with my vpn connected to United State, i chosse the plugin, go to checkout, "pay" with paypal, then when i press place order, that always refresh the page and do nothing, i will contact support to know whats happens
