Hi Guys, today i come with a new question hoping i could find the answer to,

i'll Try to make this as Short as possible,

i have a few question regarding Soundgrid/Soundgrid server and how can i use it without any Waves certified Servers.

Here what i want to do,

- Send Audio Through LAN (Possibly Midi too but we have VSL now Thanks to VR)

- I wanna Merge more than one Audio interface, and Send Audio Through Soundgrid.

ex, i have two/or more separated machines, each have their own Audio interface, so i wanna have like one Asio(on same 3 machines merging all Inputs and Outputs), and exchange Audio Through Them, name each input and output. And even Send Audio from Daw to Daw, let's say i have a computer N°3 into a second room, recording something, while i wanna use Computer N°1 to capture the same inputs that N°3 is getting from it's own Audio interface.

Or also let's say i run a Mac, and i wanna process a signal or a sound with a Plugin that is not available on Mac os, so i Send audio From Mac, to a PC apply whatever Processing, then send it back to the original Computer, all this in real time, something similar to Analog/Digital Hybrid Setup but all in the box, and Digital only.

and one Last thing, let's say i wanna use a second machine to offload some of CPU horsepower, WITHOUT using a Soundgird SERVER.

Anyway here's what i'm after, feel free to tell what's Possible and what is not, and if it is Possible, then put me into the right direction, with a video or an article.

Your help will be mush appreciated.

 

You can probably achieve that with Odeus Asio or one of them tools...

That's how I use VSL...

 

i do prefer this, so i can do both of that and share CPU processing power with the whole network.
But i don't have the VSL 6 for Mac, do you ?

Slaves do need crack.sister site have It for Win.
Masters... In our Case Mac, do not

 

from what i know is that, only servers actually need to be cracked, using mac as a slave does only require the slave install files, and they don't need to be cracked.
