I have recently installed waves v10 and now Studio One 4 is not recognizing the waves plugins.However Pro Tools is recognizing them. Please Help !

 

hi. no worry, all good. by default , waves not offering you where to install the 64 bit plugins. it installs the waveshell to c-programfiles-VSTPlugins. copy it to your vst folder.
is the vst3 support enabled in studio one ?

 

Thanks for the reply ! Studio One has vst3 support and I have added the directory you mentioned in the plugin scanner but still it won't show up.

 

cool. what OS you using ?

 

try this:
1.Click help
2.Open settings folder.
3.Delete studio one settings file.

I'm not using Studio One at the moment but it could be that some old Waves waveshell plugins needs to be deleted

Did you install 32 bit Waves plugs on a 64 bit bit S1 install. Sorry, but we need to check.

 

No I have a 64 bit version of Studio One.
