    You could download the installer via Steinbergs download manager already.

    21 GB download for the installer. That's what I call lightweight! :)
    If I extrapolate this 33% gain in size of DL Size in 20 years you'll need to DL 6,298 GB (~7 terabyte)

    VariAudio 3 is a nice touch.

    Not much else...
    Unless you do not have Groove Agent 5 purchased.
    I can see the upgrades for the Professional video editing functionality...
    But to the typical music producer... there isn't a lot to be anxious about.

    I actually find the update interesting, VA3, Autoalign, upcoming ARA2, audio engine improvements(i.e. MMCS limit), new GUI refinements..

    They must be running short of cash, this usually comes early December. Is it really worth the price especially as most other developers would see this as a free maintenance upgrade. I can't see much in there that justifies the high(ish) price unless I have missed something.
