Hello everybody,

As the name of the thread say, i have a problem to lunch Studio One 4.1 R2R, when i lunch the program he block at the plugins analysis, i need to reboot to make the program working, then when i close and try to open it, he block, i reboot and he rework, i hope someone will can help me, i really want to try it, i have started a track but this problem is annoying.


I'm on win7 SP1 x64 with the latest Studio One version from the sister site

 

mhhh i´m a Newbie
but i think it is a problem with the driver (the newer ones didnt work good sometimes) from an Nvidia Graphic Card.......if you have Nvidia
its a little problem with S1 and Nvidia

You have a problem with one (or more) of your plugins, either VST3 or VST2.x.

Once you have restarted and s1 4 and have it running, go to the setup dialog and uncheck 'scan plugins at startup'. Then in the main window of S1 open the browser (usually on the right) and select the house icon for the browser home page. At the bottom of the home browser page, you should have the option to rescan your plugins. When selected this will bring up a progess bar that names all your plugs as they are scanned. This should allow you to identify the (first) problem plug.

 

Thanks you for helping but that does the same thing

 

this has also helped in some cases

1. check boxes for : scan at startup and reset blacklist
2. shut down S1
3. shut down your internet
4. run S1
5. let it scan and hopefully successfully finish without problems.
6. shutdown S1
7. turn you internet on again.

in case this helps, in the future, when you add new vsts let it scan without internet

Thank you, the problem was my driver of my nvidia graphics card, it was the 416, and i have installed the 388, now S1 work well
