I'm basically looking for a pack(s) of samples that can be used to fill space and create buildups. Kind of like rising sweeps and white noise.

Vengeance Effects. All three volumes sound great.

KSHMR, Sounds of Revealed, most of them just copy Vengeance samples

Although it is a whole load of samples playing in a sampler VSTi ?
Also for Kontakt, Heavyocity Evolve Mutations
Gothic Instruments Sculpture Epic Drops, Sculpture Epic Risers, Sculpture Massive Whooses.
I can see we may have to have a 'chat' about requests...
Requests at AZ can often have the opposite affect one would imagine.
Anyway, don't want to go off-topic.

Call me Old Fashion, but the Vengeance packs are still dope, not to overdone and u can always layer it with other stuff.

Trust me, learning how to design uplifter/downlifter much easier than finding the right sound from sample packs for hours.

Wasting the time in order to find decent uplifter/downlifter sound was one of the dumb things i have experienced in my music production journey.

Yea, affording the time to find a good lead/pluck/bass is pretty reasonable and it is worth, but uplifter/downlifter? Oh,no.

Nothing old fashion in that, everyone uses them and creates their own sample packs out of these

    • AIR The Riser (my go to plugin. And it's cheap)
    • N.I. Rise and hit (Nice Kontakt Library. Consist of a section for the riser and a following hit)
    • Xfer Serum. Pretty easy to program your own with all the controls it provides. Especially if you automate them
