Bought a Behringer Model D and a Big Muff with Tone Wicker.
The 'D' on it's own is great... but slapped through this bad mofo it's wild! For the price of the synth it's crazy.

Can upload a sample if any synth players are interested in the sound?

 

The "D" and "Muff" eh? A timeless pair indeed! :D hehhhh ....

Joking aside, I for one would love to hear some examples as I was seriously considering getting the Behringer. I'm certain others here would be happy to check out the sound as well. Thanks in advance, mate.

but at 10% the price of the real thing.. the "D" is something to consider..

I also bought the Neutron! Still getting to grips with it, but a really great sound. It has lots more balls, so not sure if I'll hook the Muff up... yet

 

The funny thing is that Moog's Model D app for iOS appeared this year too.
And it's 4-voice polyphonic and sounds really great (except for a small but audible Envelope retriggering bug that Moog still ignores hard core ;)

 

Behringer putting stuff out for the prices they do, for me, is like setting me up for a Faustian comprimise soul shaking. I mean, their Klark-Teknik KT-2A which sounds as smooth as silk and which I could buy for 307 bucks is undercutting everyone and anybody in the hardware clone zone by a goodly margin because...they can. If I wanted the closest thing that I know of that sounds like it I would probably need to spend at least a grand. And then there is this Model D that is torally georgeous sounding. Man, do they make it tough to remain morally intact.

He uses D16 Redopter with the D, performing Daft Punk renditions! The quality is shocking and exciting
