The chords of the guitar: i hear it 300 times a day on the radio with good songs. So not very creative.

    It sounds too much like:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHOf3s70w-c

or any other song of The Streets.

In your song, it hasnt a good hook vocal. A line that is repetitive so listeners can hang on. Love written in stone and other lyric isnt be sung or has a total other hook than the rest of the song.

Guitar sound is ok. That synth sound sounds cheap. Not fat, almost a casio keyboard of the 80's sound. Use a better sound. Structure wise and melody of the synth is ok.

That intro, blablalbalb dedicated to everyone. Fuck that intro crap bullshit because it is overdone so many times. Be more creative or say nothing. Nothing would be better for me.

Your drums: why use so many handclaps on the second hit? why not one handclap? Or is it the delay and reverb? Advice: use one handclap or two handclaps on the same hit. Less reverb and delay. And a little less bass on the toms.

That lyrics love written in stone. THe first time you hear it, a good delay is on it. I wanna hear that but you rap your next verse over it! You could say love written in stone twice or fourth time, a little break than hit the next verse.

That riser up and downfall sound, why no white noise? Could use an other sound. Or a bit reverb , chorus on it.

Always a big fan of hihats in this track. I need a hihat structure i can listen to. Not at the very beginning, maybe in the second verse. It gives the whole song a nice structure to listen.

Dont give up on this track, because it sounds like the Streets. Make it a bit different, use the comments and i would love to hear the second mix.
