It's not another song. It's just what Michael did and how he wanted. Black or White video also has an intro which looks like another song but they're made only for those videos. Kind of a scoring. You can't find a song name but you may find a similar one or maybe another song which has the same sample or something.

 

it IS another song.

it's "Hot" by Roy Ayers that plays at the beginning of TWYMMF video. as far as what plays in the beginning of BoW, it's just an extended version of the song's intro. it was done by Slash, but according to what i found, it was initially recorded for the song, but it didn't make the album version of the track, so it was used for the video instead.

 

At the beginning I thought it just samples the other song. Just the bass and the same sounded guitars, but I have just checked the full video and I heared more similarities. Yeah, I'm convinced wiki information is right.
