How to add libraries without a nicnt file included?

    Probably a stupid question but It's like older libraries for kontakt doesn't include a .nicnt file which let's me add them to my kontakt library. How do I add these older libraries for newest kontakt 5.8.1?

    Don't add, just run the instruments / multis from the file tab?

    First of all, the old libraries that never needed to be added as a library and have only the .nki files to load on Files tab in Kontakt, must load in this new version as well.
    In other cases, you need to create a home-made nicnt file, or rather check the threads on this forum about Kontakt wallpapers and nicnt files, created by other forum members.

    It works, but it's a lot of work making the nicnt plus wallpaper.
    It does not really satisfy me. I had some conflicts with other original nicnt files because of same SNPID that I needed to resolve by hand.

    So I went back loading via QuickLoad. Not so colorful but quick & easy.
