Anyone who knows the origin of this sample?

    Anyone who knows the origin of this sample? It's the sample that is in the intro of Madeon's Icarus. If anyone knows what sample pack it's from it would make my day :)

    It's a beautiful arp of some sort, not so hard to reproduce. Probably done with a granular & lots of delay. There's a soft modulating pad underneath. Reaktor Form will probably have something along those lines in the pad or sequences section. :wink:

    And why do you think it´s from a sample pack? You know there´s people who plays instruments and uses delays and effects and form groups to play music, don´t you?

    To me, this sounds like someone having alot of fun in the studio. One that keept having fun by experimenting untill it "clicked" and feelt right and suited for the rest of the song.

    its basicly a synth playing and ARP into one or more delay/reverb chains
