Does anybody know how can I change my IP for downloading files in websites such as Uploaded.to using Mac computers?

 

VPN? Tor? I'd give you some examples but there's so many ...

 

I want to refresh my ip address to get rid of waiting time for download at Uploaded.to

 

use a proxy.

 

if your ISP does not provide you connection with fix IP (usually the case because they don't want you to use their connection putting a server on the end of the line), a simple disconnection-reconnection of your (router-)modem can solve your issue.
Disconnect your modem, wait for some time (30 seconds can be enough) and reconnect it again and you got a fresh new IP.
However, there is a much better solution: I recommend you to use Oboom, create a free account, log in on oboom.com and go to "My files", then "Upload file", then "Remote", then paste the uploaded.to links to that space, you can put multiple lines in onces, and click Start. After a few seconds you will see those files in your free clouddrive, just right-click on a file on the list and choose Download. This works most of the time, and gives you usually with fast connection. Much better than the 50-70kbps on uploaded.to
