Hey, @Boosire, no I didn't mean that. I alluded to the obvious alternative to the, or any, base pack. And trying to be funny while at it as well.

However if you PM me I may be able to let you have a (more) complete outfit of Pro Tools effects.

How good are they ? I hear good things about Avid sinking large money into the quality of their effects, is that any true ?

 

The stock PT plugins are very good. They do what is expected.

The Air Music Tech plugins are useful but, you can go without. Mostly track FX Like DMG or ToneBoosters Track FX. Basic vs the upper line from these two developers.
