    Hi, all
Does anybody know websites that I can find plugins listings by score or ratings?
Since my external drive stopped working and I`ve formatted my computer, I don't remember exactly the plugins that I used. Also I would like to know the top plugins. Please let me know your favourites by the way !

Open up your latest sessions in your DAW and see which plugins you are missing and work your way backwards until you have restored only what you actually need.

kvraudio is very good when it comes to learning about best plugins. However, what mercurysato said makes the most sense, as there are literally thousands of good, very good, and really good plugins.

IMHO it's best to just use those that you need and feel most comfortable with. e.g. just a couple of EQs, compressors, limiters, FX, creative FX and then build your collection upon that.

First, and most importantly, why would you get a bunch of plugs based on someone else's score or rating? if you honestly don't remember any plugin you've ever used, do your own research, figure out the plugs that you'll actually need to mix (and master, if you're into that) your stuff, then, go to those sites and download demos if they have them. This way, you can get products based on your own needs and preferences, not someone else's. Hell, if you honestly don't know what you've used in the past, how about just trying the plugs that came with your DAW first? I usually go through all the plugs that came bundled in my DAW, then, if I need to do something those free plugs can't do, I get online and search for whatever plugin that will do what I need it to. If you're just out to collect plugs, you'll never have the time or the inclination to actually use them.

    I agree with you.
Since I was working with video editing these last years, I`m outdated. I liked to use some plugins that are still being used for years like PSP vintage warmer for example. I liked the old Focusrite D2.
But is not wrong to search for some guidance about the hottest and newer products. Thanks anyway !
