Hi.

I installed HALion 6 + updates + expansions and it works fine on Standalone.

But what I can´t find is how to execute HALion inside Samplitude. Some other users say load on FL Studio or Ableton, not sure. Can be executed inside Samplitude Pro X3?

x32 Bit VST:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg

x64 Bit VST:

C:\Program Files\VstPlugIns
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

 

@Recoil I have my own folders for plugins. Think is not your best.

 

Halion-6 works perfectly on Samplitude Pro X5. Tho I dunno bout Pro bit as it does not have PFL. Also its too 20th Century. To much menu driven. Soon all will be touch screen driven, what will Magix do then.
Just to give an Idea of where my roots are: Valve equipment and tape machines, razor and splice editing, Transistors replaced valve, still bloody tape. Then came affordable computers...The early days of Logic (because it emulated hardware environment), Pro Tools and Studio One. Had to learn some Samplitude as clients were sending VIP files over. Studio One has a way to go. Samplitude has the tools, however, at my age, I don't want to have to commit to memory all the bloody shortcuts. LOL
