There is absolutely no need to feel or be controlled. Don't feel bound by the country of your birth which is, after all, just coincidence. Look around for a better country to live in. I have tried a few. Ireland is wonderfully free and full of great people and music if you don't mind rain. Australia is full of racism, has no culture and is full of rules and limits to ones freedom. I saw a woman and her 2 children watch as their self-built house was flattened by a bulldozer. It was built on her own land, hundreds of miles from any neighbours! I have settled in France and feel liberated here. England where I was born is a shithole on all counts.

I´m actually quite happy with my country and the world around me.. In my country you´re pretty free to do anything you want, since we live in forest.. It´s actually state of mind that guides you, when you´re not happy, you can´t see the true happiness

 

You see, almost all people have problem with this.

You must have beliefs to the religious beliefs and stupid laws to have a convenient life. I'm not sure those rules and conventions have been ratified by smart people for the smart societies considering all the differences among the humans and conditions.

There’s no way out. Isolation might be the solution but it isn’t easy.
Also, that depends on your definition of freedom and control. Humans need laws and regulation( controll) for society to move forward and become better.
On a personal level, it’s you who can decide how free you want to be from ideological, philosophical, political and religious, etc., influences. Not easy, but possible. Keep in mind that you will be affected and will adopt some influences along the way whether you like it or not.
Technology is playing the big role now in introducing all kinds of influences and mentalities. Of course, it’s being put to good use to control even the basics of our behaviors.

 

@Olymoon I am not sure why you do not see the spam and trolling from Foster. It is so much of it that you might not see the Forest for the Trees. The problem for moderators is that you maybe only look at one post at a time, and see that the post itself seem to follow the rules. But what is missed is the emense trolling that is spread out over weeks and months.

This is the actual trolling, to disquise it from the mods and dragging this awesome forum down to a trollstation. With his flood of quasi-posts he is the one starting to define this forum with his click-bait questions and anti theory crusade in each and every thread. It is really annoying for lots of us members. So I would hope you could take it seriously.
