not sure if trolling.. but writing something out tends to make the communication more thoughtful, and for that I'm umm.. thankful..

Yep, typing is so old its terrible. To expand on this i find all types of interaction with comps terribly anachronistic.
The keyboard is reminiscent of the 19th century, sigh...about 150 yrs ago. There is no logic in its layout apart from the typewriter inventor's personal one. Surely scripta manent but it should be much easier to do so by now.
The actual display/monitor is about 80 yrs old tech, with some refinements ok, but still an actual bulk of a machine generating heat in front of your eyes.
The Os'es, they all suck and blow. Install this, then install that, wait wait wait. And if you are a plain user you are fkd on constant prompts for your own "safety" lol.
And the Internet ? Antivirus this, Firewall that, Adblocker this, VPN that, and above all passwords passwords and more passwords. Not to mention the "lethal" anesthesia from all the social networking and big brother(s) and their equivalent wannabes everywhere.
And the future? My sister in law is coding for VR games. I recently tried a bunch of those headsets with their according controllers/soft etc. I told my sis: Where the hell is the logic in "dressing" like a fkn scuba diver just to play a computer game. And the experience is just disorienting at first not an out of body experience as many try to advertise it. VR my ass lol.
I always thought the "Purpose-Of-The_Future" is to lose the extra gear not put on an astronaut suit to play fkn Fallout 4 and kill zombies on Arizona Sunshine etc etc.
Where are the true 3D holographic displays ? Where's my Quantum comp ? It's been 15 years since i 've seen prototypes. In my sense, we 're being constantly played partly by the greedy industry and partly by our own consumerism. We should demand more for less.
But enough with my rant hehehe, you get my point.
    Cheers all :)

I reckon that the elites want to keep the Quantum technology to themselves for the forseeable as it keeps their power structure in place and gives them the upper hand!

unfortunately, quantum computing, in the way most people think about it, is simply not possible to achieve, its usability is very restricted.
it's not the elites keeping it away, its physics :winker:, we cannot change them , so far :hillbilly:

    typing/reading is faster than listening/talking:guru:
+ participants have time to think before talk, although a benefit not widely used

writing with your voice on a phone or computer is no magic and actually possible since years:dunno:
its just not that practical and fast, although it has its use cases,
it's very handy if your driving a car or want to write a book while masturbating

looks like in the future we can do all of this while driving:hifive:

I believe it a miracle that most of humanity has access to the computing power and more importantly, programs/applications that are utilized. If 'they', assuming 'they' are organised and exist knew how much could be done with the silicone chip they would have stopped it. It is certainly worth questioning their existence. To some people 'they' are a comfort blanket and an excuse at the same time.

Quantum computing has huge potential to solve some pretty big problems. But what would you use it for ? People barely use the processing power they have already...

Dare I say, more often than not, they are using it badly anyway!

    @saltwater
You should excuse me mate, that rant has nothing to do with actual existing tech but the promises that were never 'till now fullfilled. The hologram displays, quantum comps etc was just theoretical examples. Thanks

Very true saltwater! This is free speech and we should enjoy it whilst it lasts mate! Whether we are right or wrong on any given subject, talking shite or talking sense, it is still our God given right!
This is being slowly eroded by todays false MSM narratives and the political landscape that we find ourselves in.
We will have to fight to keep it a reality very soon the way things are going. We are all being coerced to follow a certain political leftist agenda that has been hijacked by a few elitest lucifariens.
Memes will soon be outlawed too along with political opinion if it doesnt fit the main narrative.
