Hello to everybody

i would appreciate if someone could give me few minutes of his time to explain how to propertly make the instalation of Forest Kingdom library on a macbook pro

When i see the pages comments from the section of download of Forest kingdom , i can see from some of the last comments that some other guys did not find the good way to make it works

i did download the Engine 2 and can add the library ( i guess as as i can see it on the library listing on Engine ..... but when i want to load an instrument everytime a window tell me that the different .wav corresponding to this instrument from the library can not be found

I guess i missed something but i cannot figure what it is , i even downloaded it a second time but the all files remains same


Is there someone who could helps us in that way ?
would be much much appreciated ;)

and as far i know the main purpose of all warez "kind of" website is to be abble to try before buy ..... so any help to make me try ? instead of telling me "buy it ! "
does this have any sens ? did you buy all softwares you tried till today Malco ? or you never faced problem you think other people can help you ?

you can download demo-lib for forest kingdom - then you have try before buy. *yes*

ps. i mean that those threads easily can turn into a direction to been closed anyway.
nowdays. i try out demo versions. no need for bad cracks.
if i couldnt worked it out in the past i personaly didnt asked
because the pitfalls with cracked stuff are so many that you hardly get the right answer.
(exclude the old masters ofcoz' their stuff was properly cracked 99% of the time)

Works fine for me but using windows, but had to manually load library. do you actually have the wav files and are they in the correct location? Have you tried using Independence instead of Engine2?

Installing demos first is quite a good idea, sometimes when a new product comes out even the official published versions can be buggy.

 

Engine2? It from Magix or Best Service? All library on windows works fine.
But I downloaded Titan DEMO library from offical website, I loading this DEMO but got some bugs.

in fact i cannot find any .wav files from the library in the expended archives i downloaded from audioz.info
do you have any .wav in your expended files ?

in the expended library i find:

A. CONFIG
B. DOCS
C. IMAGES FILES
D. LAYERS

in LAYERS i find Forest Kingdom Library in witch i have:
1. INSTRUMENTS
2. PADS
3. FANTASY CREA
4. VOICES
5. SWISHES

and in all i can find some Yellow Tools Instrument library files ( .ytil files) but no where i find any .wav

C. IMAGES FILES is the repertory that is 7.2 Go so i guess in witch is formated all sound bank ?? but here also i can see only . ytil files .... i cannot load them in Engine as it says it is not a valid layer chunk !

Have you tried to use the 'Yellow Tools (MAGIX) Independence Pro' Engine instead of the 'Best Service Engine 2' ?

As both use the same 'Yellow Tools' Engine, therefore the same file formats ('.ytif', '.ytil', '.ytp',... ), maybe you'll be more lucky with the 'Independence Pro' Engine...

If I'm not wrong, in this moment, you can find the 'v3.1' (by Team R2R) where you certainly know it (this brother's site !).

Normally, that should not make a big difference, but we never know... *yes*

ADDED AFTERWARDS :

About the '.wav' files... in fact, you won't find any because they're all 'encapsulated' within the '.ytif' [Yellow Tools Image File] file(s). It's the Yellow Tools proprietary format - more or less the equivalence of the '.nkx' format within Kontakt, if you also use the 'Kontakt' Engine...

Looks like your lib is ok, so keep calm and try again on my MBP all is fine.
(If I remember well I had to use BatChmod to set permissions to start the patched standalone.)

 

i give you another constructive answer(s):

1. it will not work on your shiny macbook pro.
2. you are not the 1st with the .wav dont found error.
3. for free you can dl the demo from best service & the latest engine2

The same thing that with the 'Best Service Engine 2'... Be able to load and play all the available 'Yellow Tools' & 'Best Service' Libraries that rely on the same 'Yellow Tools' proprietary format ('.ytif', '.ytil', '.ytp',... ) !!!

The article depicts the 'v2.0', but there's no reason that the new 'v3.0' doesn't be available for MAC OSX also...
Unfortunately, it seems that now users must to 'Sign In' to get detailed info about the new version of 'Independence Pro' through the official Yellow Tools website !

Sure there is a mac version, but if you want it, you have to buy it.

There's only a Winblows warez version.

I don't assume he wants to buy a version of Independence Pro, otherwise he isn't asking at this place, he simply contacted support.

I know he must be overlooking something, cause it working just fine here on MBP8.2 Build 12D50.

But I see your a respected member so I'll will stop argue with you.

First of all i would like to apologize as i did not get the point of this forum about warez things that are forbidden in the rules !
As it is in direct link from Audioz website i tought this forum was main purpose about all from Audioz so about warez also ... anyway thanks for the replies you provide me to help me have a better comprehension of what to do with my extented directories ....

yes good joke in a way , not at all in the other .... or maybe you can presume who i am and what i will do ? anyway this is the way , i always seen all craker team notice in their nfo : if you use it and you like it , buy it and suport artists and developers... is this less a joke coming from all these so greatfull craker team ... ??

regarding your point of view that consist to say : don't ask something here , if it does not work forget and by the way it will not work on your shiny macbook pro , so go buy it if you want it to work..... you think you can give constructive answer and help sharing communauty ... but your not ....

@ ab65 thx a lot to get the point on the a reset permission that (possible) made my way to make all work good !

So i can now hear how strong is this library , some instruments much more powerfull for me than some others , all work exept the Voice section , like shamanic voices etc... that cannot be loaded .... but all the rest work like a charm

sorry, i'm from italy, it's now some years i've been trying to use for. king. 2 after having dl it from bittorrent and other places, but never been able to make it work (on pc Win7 64 bit) as i normally can very well use for king 1 and other things from Tarilonte. I've tried to make it work(F.K.2) with many versions of engine but never been able to play it. Can you tell me please if in definitive is it possible to run it???

Misspelled it. Correct it. The right form is "Foster's kingdom" unless you'd like to be kidnapped and sent to the darkest mines on unknown territories for the rest of your life.

 

I don't understand why no one wants to give you a straight answer. You need Engine 2.1.0.224 or newer to load Forest Kingdom II. I'm guessing you only have 2.1.0.186. If I remember correctly there was one claiming to be 2.1.0.224, but it wasn't true.

i,ve tried with 2.1.0151 and of course does not work
then with a version of 224 that is in thruth a 186 if i rewmember well, and it not work
then i found a real 224 but requires to be registrated...
then with newer versions, also the 2.5 but nothing to do... it's frustrating it is some years i'm trying to get it, if you managed to do it please can send me the version of engine do you use? (i'm on win 7 64 bit) T.Y. igor

The only way I know to get Forest Kingdom II to work is to buy it. I have not heard of any other way. I don't own it so I have nothing to send you. I suggest either to start saving up your money, or continue to exist without it. Also, you shouldn't post your email address in forums like that. Only send it through private message to people you trust. You should probably edit it out of your commets.
