Ok, I think I might know what the problem is. This song was created before I realised I could set up a cue mix so that might be the issue. I'm building out a template for future sessions and the problem has gone away. However, I noticed that it you have several tracks going into a bus before going to main, only the bus is controllable with the cue mix.
