If I recall correctly, in another thread you said that you are not concentrating on mixing, so I do not see any need to comment on that.

I like the melody and the sound of it, the stereo flanging sound and that little arpeggio sound. Nice one.

 

Looking forward to getting a run at this at the weekend. While I have it on replay on my phone, I'm getting lots of ideas of where I can go with it. Very exciting.

 

catchy..... almost reminds me of a U2 beat... with some 80's ness on top.. phasey...plucky.. a fun listen.. keep going with it

They own all my bass, but I've sneaked some in on the latest version.

 

Thanks for the comment, but the alien singer has a contract.

But remember these are just my working demo versions. What ever happens to them later, if anything, you can reast assured 'roboto' won't be on the mic.

 

In the first post I've added a gibberish vocal line and bass synth to expand on the original idea.

 

I like vocoded vocals, so for this you get a from me.

The sound you use (mainly) on the first beat in every bar sounds distorted and noisy in an irritating way to me.
The snare, or it's reverb, seems to be moved a bit to the right side and maybe I would move the hh a bit to one side, but that's a matter of taste.
