    Hi

This is a little hard to explain, but.....

Im looking for a plugin/application that can handle several wavs systematic so Im able to build up my own grooves and then save my grooves as one single wav-file.

At least, I don't. Playing several wavs, maybe cut, rearrange and tweak them and then export as 1 file? Every DAW can do this.
Btw, I don't understand the word "systematic" in that context, maybe that's why I don't understand your question.

    Hmmm... hard to explain, but.....

    Example:

You have 5 different wavs and you want to build a groove with these 5 different wavs. You open an application where you´re able to add each wav seperately in relation to the timeline - each wav has it´s own "track/channel" in the application so you can deal with each wav individually and this way build your own groove.

    sorry for my limited English

Maybe you need a SAMPLER plugin (like CWI Technologies TX16Wx). You can assign the wavs to pitches and retrieve them on the keyboard/pads.
You also can put MIDI notes into sequences in your DAW to create different grooves (i.e., combinations of your wavs). You can make permutations of the sequences using the MIDI functions of your DAW.
    Something like that?

I know this looks like something a sampler could do for me, but I need an app ..... in other words I need this being easy to work with.

If you don't want to use a DAW for this, you maybe like to try MixPad, Audacity, MultitrackStudio, or something like this.

what you want is ableton live, auto detects bpm, has a an adjustable grid easily set to 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and such, can extract grooves to midi-files, can select pieces of the samples and drag them around or remove them and when done editing can render them into a single file

Even EZDrummer 2 has a built-in step sequencer and groove detection feature. You “play” a rough idea of a groove and EZ finds all midi grooves that match your idea, arranged by percentage of accuracy regarding your original groove.

@phloopy hmm, when you say "app" you mean like an app in a tablet? because if not stylus as name above has something that sounds like what you are saying.

but, I wonder were did you get the idea for this new workflow of yours? any source of inspiration?

If you’re using reaper? Then playtime is great to put wavs into then export to reapers timeline as single wav.

A groove is the rhythmic feel of an audio file (or midi), rather than the wave itself.
Given what you want to do, Acid Pro has a pencil and a brush tool that you can use with one shot samples to paint one shot drum samples straight on the timeline, pretty much like a drum machine.
For example if you want a 4/4 straight kick track, double clicking a one shot kick wav from the file explorer window will make a new track, select the Brush tool, change the snap to Quarter notes and drag the brush across the track you made and you will instantly be painting that kick in perfect quarter notes for as long as you drag your brush.
Acid Pro can also extract the "groove" (rhythmic feel) from any given loop or pattern and you can apply it to any other loop you 've made. You can also extract the groove from your own created wav patterns/loops and save it as a template to be used in the future.
Acid can be a Rewire slave or master so you can sync it to any other daw you like.
Acid Pro 8 "fixed" in sister site, original here: https://www.magix.com/int/music/acid-pro/
    Cheers
