    this seems like interesting... been really into their GEM series for quite a lot lately.. especially their Tapedesk and Dopamine.

    Looking forward to this one to compare with Acqua SAND comp.

    Did I get it right, that the guy in the vid is saying at 2:15 he sets it to fastest attack while actually setting it to the slowest (30) and at 3:24 he's talking about "quite heavy compression" while the gainreduction meter only shows round about 4dB???

    I think this is actually SSL G Bus compressor. The controls are the same. Although its looks, at first, reminds of the Neve comp.

    33609 has a limiter section with fast/slow switch on the left, bypass for both compressor and limiter separately, and no attack, there's just "recovery"

    More probably the someone who scripted the piece was asking for one thing, got another, and in post the editor either missed it or else they couldn't or wouldn't dub in the correct info.
