    Can't really see what's going on... Not only is the pic tiny but it's also blurry.

    However, based on the colour scheme and window structure, it seems to be an old version of FL Studio, maybe 9.

    Looks like it's the playlist view with patterns window. I believe the patterns view has been removed from recent versions.

    cant remind myself the name right now but it looks like this ancient but still out there software that is for only audio editing no vst. certainly not FL I would say though. ill come up with the name soon i hope

    the top part (with all the circles in a row) is from antelope audio. that's the software for their hardware interface, if i'm not mistaken. the bottom part...i don't know if AA's interface comes with its own DAW, but it's not something i recognize off hand.
