Saw wave. Bandpass filter or lowpass filter. Turn resonance up. Find a sweetspot cutoff (sharp, crisp, around 2kHz for bandpass). Assign a sine wave LFO on pitch (basically vibrato). Play pretty low notes.
If you play reeealy low note (or set LFO range to very high) the lowest frequency will just be a clear click.

There is also an additional pitch envelope (decay) so that every new note starts higher and pretty quickly falls to its resting pitch. This is then taken over by the sineLFO on pitch (vibrato).

The part that I noticed fading n at 2:04 reminded me of a drawbar organ. If I'm correctling hearing the sound you mean to recreate, try bandpass filtering a drawbar organ VSTi such as the ones here... https://blog.wavosaur.com/7-free-vsts-for-hammond-b3-emulation/

Or use the (discontinued) 32-bit Native Instruments B4 II VSTi with preset 15: Space Rotator to get you started on getting the tone. Then add a bandpass filter sweep automation. Adjust the bandpass filter's Q as recommended by @Baxter in order to find the sweet spot and possible both a highpass and lowpass filter in order to kill armonics that are either too high or too low for your sound.

If you wish to add some grittiness, add a ring modulator to the f/x chain. You'll get something like this...

thank you guys for the help:)
@beatmagnus thats why taste differs... i like this track alot ;) huge buildups and drops is just for effect but it gets in the way of telling a story or getting into a certain flow.. in my opinion. :)

I was just noticing that the pitch started high and eventually fell (pitch envelope decay). You don't need to do it, as the "screeching" was the priority.

I did a video 3 years ago that describes a similar sound (at least in the beginning):

Surge is a very good synth,I know it since only some months and today I use in all my tracks.
You can do subtractive synthesis, wavetable,a bit of FM,Ring modulation, has complex LFOs modulations,a lot of FXs,and sounds so musical.
It is surprising that this synth is quite unknown.
