Hello Everyone,
Am having my home studio equipped with M-Audio Quattro Sound card as my main audio/midi module for production. M-Audio itself released last latest drivers for this piece of hardware in 2003 which were compatible with windows xp only. Now as the technology has forwarded to more fast PCs as well as latest operating systems like windows 7 I have switched to the same. But M-Audio hasn't released any drivers for this card compatible with windows 7 and thus this fine working sound card is gonna be a waste.

I have made a lot search but couldn't find any driver for this card & finally came here with hope form the programmers who may produce a new driver @ their own.
I request here if any one has any windows 7 compatible driver for Quattro or have any solution please suggest. I tried novatone sites solution but thats also a failure end of the day.
If the genius gurus of crackers are reading this thread I request them to please produce a new driver for this card as M-Audio which in my views is a company merely be fooling their legacy products customers by not releasing compatible drivers & forcing to buy a new one, will never release any driver for this card.

Here this is a hearty request or i will have to go for a new purchase of a sound card.

I heartily appreciate & thank for such prompt replies but I have tried both the solutions & they both went in vain end of the day when during a recording my pc was stuck with blue screen with the drivers error for Quattro.

There is only last hope from any programmer/cracker who just modify the existing one or write the new drivers for this card & let M-Audio realize their mistake to ignore their customers & let them struggle for the products compatibility they have purchased with their hard earned money.

Hope some genius will read this message & help us to continue with this sound card.

PC users have been having issues with M-Audio interfaces for years and the company has totally ignored them. Go look on the M-Audio forum and you'll see all the frustration and anger being vented. You might be stuck with a lemon, unfortunately, until M-Audio gets their shit together.

 

Finally i have decided to switch over to some other brand which has to offer a robust & stable sound card with very good support for their customers.

Requested to suggest any good brand which people having experience with. I want to go for some hardware which is seriously made for music production (not for playing with customers ) & to support their customers whenever they need.
