    HI there !!!
after doing the render with Adobe After Effects CS4 , listening to it with VLC(flat eq), the audio of the project is much higher in volume and the equalization is also very different(very boomy)
How can I avoid this, some advice?
for the audio project I've used SR 44.100 16 bit for the encodin wmv(windows media)
    thanks bye

Is your sound encoded in the video or is that separated in another file ?

I'm using CS6 but the version shouldn't be the issue.

Only possible explanation I can think off is the encoder you're using ends up normalizing the audio (possibly to 0 db FS?), making it louder, and compression/eq in order to light up the file size and 'enhance' the audio (possibly a 'smile' eq, especially if you're the 'Music' mode in your render settings, by default is uses a lossy audio codec).

Try changing the codec to a lossless one, you'll then have high quality options

Let me know how it goes.

    thx pine !
now the eq is ok but the audio file is still loud , i think is the track itself too loud(my fault)
the same thing happen with Sony vegas , when I open the rendered project, the damn audio track clips
    thx again bye:bow:
