Today I started to work in a new track,it's a progressive-trance tune and it's sounds really good. I've added a saw pad (trancey pad - something Arty \ Beat Service style)to the track, but that was a bad idea. When I export the track from the "Ableton" it's sounds overcompressed, If I turn the saw pad volume down it's sounds nice in "Ableton", but after the export it's to quiet.I hope someone could help me out !!

Here is how I done and what I've used:

I use "Ozone 4" (and sometimes Waves)for mastering, in this project I've used "Sylenth1" for main saw pad.
When I export the track I turn off the "Normalize" in "Ableton", and all time I export only in "WAV" format.

Here is a quick view what is the problem:

i'm assuming that the high parts in your wave form are the Kick drum and next high part is a clap or snare you need to compress them or tern them down and compress the track if you want it to look like the bottom track but thats probably not the only thing going on here Mastering is a thing that takes a time to learn :grooves:

ive seen that picture today on an other major trance forum.
the waveforms doesnt matter - upload a demo. look on the waveform of Will Holland feat Jeza - Start Again(Breakfast Remix)
you cant even see a kickdrum, because its so hard smashed. but you are not able to detect it listen to the track.
this returns a waveform tells you nothing about the track itself.

    have you tried T-Racks ?

or perhaps run the render thru AAMS and see what it can find
    (Auto Audio Mastering System)

it does look like the peaks are either a kick or a high freq synth

Your drums too high, your synths and vocals too low (in volums intended)!!!

I think it's more of a mixing issue, than a mastering issue. No one is going to really help you unless you post a clip. A screen cap of the waveform is not gonna do any good. You can brickwall any audio file and it will be "loud", but no one is going to tell what it sounds like - if it's good or bad.

Focus on getting a good mix first. Learn about gain-staging (if you haven't already).

"Looks" like your mix is not balanced.
I was told to try to balance my mixes and don't work on loudness at all until the mastering stage.
So don't over compress and don't use to much dynamics at all or unbalanced.
So, if you compress your drums you shouldn't leave your lead sounds uncompressed if they don't punch through.
    Lastly and most importantly:
Mixing is done with your ears... :grooves:

Personally I'd set it so everything sounds nice, but with maximum peaks at -5 or -6 dB.
Then use L3 (ulti or multi-maximiser), any multi-band compressor/limitor should be able to get you your volume
Basically any tool that moves 0dB to the point you want

I've found with the l3 and stuff that they work better when the mix hasn't got an average max wave peak of 0 dB
    But that's just my oppinion
