ok, so a guy hit me up on instagram to trade omnisphere for a vst i have. seeing as how i thought he purchased his shit i agreed, so the shit was a cracked version blah blah either way i couldnt dl it so i said fuck it and deleted everything, however my hd space is still being used up. i did a search, a disk cleaner, not in my dl folder. please anyone that can help please do, im upset because now if i wanted to buy it (which i had planned to later on) now i cant because i dont have the hd space for it.

 

Omnisphere data resides in a folder called STEAM

 

where did you install the steam folder? that is where you will find it lol

What did you use to download the files ?
If its a web browser or utorrent just go into the options and see were the save files is set too.
You can also try ccleaner to free up HD space as well as remove some of your old system restore points.

 

Did you empty the trash? On a PC free space for me won't show up until then.

 

I use windirstat to find big chubby files & folders.

 

Some might say it resides in a STEAMing pile of sh@t...

 

SpaceSniffer if you're on Windows
OmniDiskSweeper if you're on macOS

Make sure you delete the installed files in the STEAM folder AND the .iso files you used to install them.
You have to unmount the .iso files before you can delete them.
