Ableton Live Crash Report

    Hi,
    since the beginning of february every time I try to send a crash report it fails while the uploading is in progress. Do you know an alternate way to send it the proper way?

    Doesn't it just open an email with an attachment you then need to send yourself?

    I can't answer because I don't have internet on that PC, but my Live 10 also crash a lot of times this month. I don't know if the reason is any plugin that I have installed or not.

    Live 9 shows a UI "memo". Useless if the email cannot be sent.

    @thantrax exactly, and this fild needs to be attached to an email you send manually to [email protected].
    You say you cannot upload the file - that points to me to a problem with your email provider. What error are you getting exactly?

    Yeah clicking the crash report just opens the containing folder. You have to attach it to an e-mail and send to [email protected]

    Problem solved.

    It seems the issue is related to Firefox v58.0.2. Using Opera v51.0.2830.34 no problem at all. :dunno:

    I still use FF version 56, and I wont update it, because a lot of addons wont work on the new versions.
