Well, Pro Tools I already had because I renew my upgrade plan every year (it's my 2nd most used DAW, right after Logic X).
Anthology X I had for a while now.
Plugin Boutique Scaler I've had for about a month now. I saved enough virtual cash on pluginboutique that I got it pretty damn cheap (like "could have bought it with the loose change in the seats of my couch" cheap).

There's pretty much only few things you can do - wait or get it legit.
