HI guys, hope you have all been well,,I have a question ,,,I use virtualdj to feed blue cat patchwork ,to mixer and speakers,,everything works great ,,but I am wondering if there is a constant sound balance verse sound output volume,,vst ,,you know when the sound is low volume bass sounds weaker crank it up bass sounds stonger
do not know if I am describing this properly but the vst would look at input volume and adjust equalization as you turn volume up or down to keep sound balance over entire volume range

Afaik VirtualDJ already has autogain modes and a limiter.

What you are looking for is something like the loudness knob/switch in the (early) hifi amps.The problem is in-box volume doesn't transfer to volume SPL. Those loudness circuits depend on the amount of amplification and a plugin can't know about it. So, best would be to get an amp with that.
