Cubase 5 and Nuendo 4 crash

    When I load Spectrasonics Omnisphere (latest version) and load some of Keyscape library (latest version) when memory loads up to 3GB, daw crash. I already did increase bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 3072, because when I didn't do that it crashes when DAW loads 2GB of ram. Does anyone know solution to solve that crash or is this max. you can pull out of 32bit program ?

    I have to pay for that software plus a lot of them said it's unstable.
