HI i'm new to this daw, i'm coming from protools and digital performer and i have a big question how i can record a submix bus to a new audio track??? in protools/digital performer was very easy just select in input a bus, in sequoia i only see my card inputs. help

I have seen this tutorial and it's not what i want so please answer someone who is working with this daw .
I want to record a submix bus to a new audio track. example. kick, snare hihat output send to submix bus 1, new audio track to record from submix1 .

 

I don't know why you gave up Pro Tools, and I don't know anything about Sequoia, but in just about any DAW, can't you mute everything except your sub channel/fader, or solo that bus, click on edit-and create a mixdown file from all clips or channels that are going to your master bus? Then drop/insert that file back into it's own stereo channel. Most of these tools have a shortcut for that, but that will work.
