finally can put all my high shelfs to the test, mind gobbeling how there isn't a universal method.

 

Since VST Analyser was not updated in ages.. This seems like the right substitute.. I wonder why other companies did not think of this eariler..

 

Maybe because no big company wants their plugs nulled via other 3rd party or, worse, daw's own plug-ins?

 

Signalizer is the best and free.

 

it's so because (maybe) they emulate overrated classic vintage standards OR do just transparent digital tools AND "edm pop stuff".
for usual non-pro producers utilities and extra tools are just useless nonsense time-killing toolsie...Rarely to see good tools you really need. Musical stuff over technical stuff...Technical and maths and measurements are fundament of quality and sound in common. People need spire with all premade soundbanks and all 1176 units in one box... So bad, I can't wait for VSTAnalyzer 2 x64 =(

 

There are things like Waves Q Clone.. but we have to route so many things inside the DAW.. we can also manually create with some pink noise and use other analyser. But those are not plug-and-play type.. if you know what I mean..

Slate Digital also have their won, I saw Fabrice playing with it once..

 

can this load VST and analyse it?

Can you analyse EQ phase response, saturation harmonics, intermodulation distortion, compression curve, attack and release times with it?
