I have tried adobe audition 2017 version and I like it because it's not necessary to lose a lot of time to learn how to use it, but I have a problem. When I use the multitrack editor and I wanna create some volume automation sometimes it's really hard to choose exacly the volume I desire. more or less 0,2 db or 0,1 or 0,3 is different.
Could someone tell me if is possible to adjust the volume more precisely? The 2018 version is different?

Honestly not clear to me what do you want!
If you pointing to key frame precision, then hold down CTRL while you move key frame up or down.

Yes you have understood well. Down CTRL it hepls a lot, thanks. I have other 2 questions:
1- how to change from linear automation to the spline curve one only for some keyframes. If I wanna change all the frames I just use right click on the mouse, but only for some of the frames? Here I find a tutorial but I dont understand. https://helpx.adobe.com/audition/using/automating-mixes-envelopes1.html

2- When I add in the the multitrack editor an audio file the software will import it with -2db, is it possible to change it without a volume loss? Ok is not a problem, I can add +2db later, but if there is a solution to avoid it clould be better.

    1. You can't do that... That thing you saw in help is mixed 2 automation lanes where one is converted to spline curve and second one is normal
    2. Have no idea :) There is one parameter in preferences / multitrack / "Default panning mode" and by default is set to "center -3db". Maybe that's the catch!
