I love how Blue Yeti Microphone works. It seems so simple to setup and record vocal with the USB! I just want to know if anyone is using this for professional recording. By this i don't mean hollywood blockbusters songs or such. Will it sound pro if I record vocal with this mic? Pls i need honest practical answers. I don't need the answer saying it's good for Youtube. For Youtube anything works. Pls respond! tnx

 

I use to use Yeti and it worked great. I moved to a Blue Spark though. It's all about how your room is treated and the placement of the microphone. I've learned if my room isn't treated and don't have the mic in it's sweet spot it will sound like crap. But you do get what you pay for.

 

Be sure to use a reflection filter if you cannot treat your room accordingly.
