I've heard this track

How to "make" (emulate, perhaps is a better choice...May they have recorded a real sax for this) with kontakt or specific plugins? Any cool library or software you recommend?

I actually have Sensual Saxophone for Kontakt... nice to start but i can't feel so much the typical house (maybe 'jazzy' ?) style of sax.
