Hi there, so if i'm not from the USA or Western European country, can I try to send my tracks to some top dance music labels based in those countries? Or they don't release "third world" artists?

No it's absolutely not important. One of the reasons is nowadays global communication through the world wide web and digital releases. Keep in mind though that those labels receive a lot of demo's so what is important is that you already have something to offer. Like followers and likes (besides high quality or original music so be absolutely sure it's good enough). That's the way it works unfortunately. It's not only about the music anymore. There are exceptions of course but that's called luck or having the right contacts. In all other cases you're just one of the 10.000 others (probably more). Hope this helps.
