Yo Dudes,

Does anyone have any experience with this keyboard (MK2) running all cracked stuff.

I need to know if it is compatible or if there are any bugs to report before I buy one.

So you like the MK2 ? Seems like a nice workflow, and the Kontakt library preview looks like an amazing time saver. Would you also care to comment on the usability of the keys?

previews are mostly limited to what there devs and Ni offer up, so they need to be made, but in time many users already getting it sorted
love the keys, the arpegiator, the chords etc, user friendly and mappings excellent...
i still look at my daw, but its getting less as i get used to it
there is a lot to learn , waiting on a few updates
as a controller 95 out of 100

Hello! I have KK with no legit NI sw, tried to install KK 2.0.2 official release but it didn't work (stuck in demo mode, keyboard is not recognized). Anyway to have Komplete Kontrol 2.0.2 working with no authorization?

No issues whatsoever even if allow to connect.

 

you downloaded the official release? So you allowed "scanapp" to check for updates?

 

I think the problem is official release is on 1.6.2, next you need to update via service center or similar... I don't know if I should do that...

 

Ok, so I might have a solution. I bought and installed legit Komplete Ultimate 11. A few of my old sound libraries did not work and loaded in Demo Mode.


I installed Kontakt 5.6.0 (k) and 5.8.1 (k). With 5.6.0 I managed to load the libraries in Legit Mode. Komplete Kontrol however still showed them in Demo Mode. I then installed Komplete Kontrol 2.0.2 (k) but still my libraries showed in Demo Mode.


I solved this by completely uninstalling Komplete Kontrol using TrashMe.app. I reinstalled Komplete Kontrol 2.0.2 (k). This solved the library problem!


The only problem I still had to tackle were the plugins (.vst and .component) that kept crashing while opening in Logic Pro X 10.4.1.


I solved this by running the terminal app using the following command:

xattr -cr (Drag “Komplete Kontrol.vst” here) and hit enter


then do the same for “Kontakt 5.vst”, “Komplete Kontrol.component” and “Kontakt 5.component”


After that repeat dragging the files using the following command:

sudo codesign -f -s - (drag files here).


This should work.
