Hi guys,

I've been making a lot of music using Analog Lab 2, I just installed the new Arturia V Collection 6
So when i try to open FLP it says Analog Lab 2 could not be found. is there any way to replace or make the program call Analog Lab 3 instead of AL2 ??? i really need your help.

It's a good idea to name the tracks with the patches and even some settings for issues like this. It has saved me many times.

 

That's a good idea. It happens to me on every version of the V Collection and I will just chop it up as a loss but I might start doing this. Omnisphere also losses it's settings sometimes so writing down the preset name helps with recalling the session. Just noticed FL has a notebook plugin to take notes for stuff like this.

This didn't happen to me, still trying to figure out how to make it work

 

sorry to hear about your issue. ive have had the same issue with omnisphere and massive in the past and it can be gut wrenching!
was the patche a heavy modified preset maybe?

i updated my v2 to v3 and havent experienced any issues loading in projects where i used the v2.

did you check the arturia forums, there must be others out there with the same issue, maybe theres a work around.

 

Yes i did check the Arturia Forums, they are suggesting to delete all AL2 .dll but it didn't help.

Did you delete : "C:\ProgramData\Arturia" before installing Arturia 6?? thanks

 

it could be that there are some old vst3 or other older paths around
maybe try a real thorough clean of regestry kill every arturia entry
i remeber had some trouble with my upgrade from 3 to 5 and found old settings and random presets and
other shit on my drive. it did work eventually

 

Good question honestly. i can't remember if i uninstalled v2 first or not
but i didin't do any manual stuff like deleting. sorry i cant help you more.

 

Already did.. no luck, seems like i'm the only one having this issue :'(
