I am looking for someone to work on reggaeton beats with. I am pretty weak at mixing, looking to get better. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could improve this or what you think should be added to it? Thanks for the insight..

 

Its unmastered is all. Its just a raw track. Just missing 2 compressors: 1 on the 808(reggae) kick and 1 on the clap. The strings can be brightened up.
The dirty synth need to be a little bit more stronger, I recommend Dada Life- Sausage fattener. Or you can just collab with me, It might turn in to moombah working with me but... its up to you :D

i agree with hebrew.. i never really heard any of his beats but i support all artist's no matter what genre..

 

not offense ....you got good taste bro ..string need a little more compression and bright and the second kick bring it out more (meaning )let the kick sound more aggressive and lower the volume on the claps,and also cortes y matices /cuts and shades

 

I'd love to collab with you. I make hiphop mostly, but have done many roots/synthreggae productions that turned out very very well.

thanks for everyones suggestions and help, its hard to find help on reggaeton :/ . I played around and re-edited it a bit, releveled it, and played around with gross beat somewhat. Apparently, there will be a dubstep version coming sometime lol. Thanks for all the support. I think I got back to everyone in this thread
