No problem. What kind of genre is this Future Bass thing? Sounds like it’s TrapMusic or something. Don’t think they use flute loops of natural flutes? Let me know what it’s all about!

I'm kinda fan. I've been wanting to do one song in that genre but I'm still on learning curve. It's one of among EDM styles in modern/future music today, I supposed. The reason I say that because the main melody for Future Bass mostly I heard made of vocal chops. Very nice and sweet effects sounds to hear. Then I just discover how flute was used in hip-hop beats from your thread, which gave me the idea maybe to try it (maybe one day) with Future Bass.

between the beats i posted, and the one u did.
I see how u feel it’s a kind of similar vibe a bit, but to be honest, it’s totally something else. I appreciated the clean sound of this lil thing called EDM, but I’m on a totally different route. One difficulty is to find such a dope flute loop on old records, and then put it in an dusty punchy acoustic environment with drumbreaks and what not.
The tune u posted got synth flute one tone sounds,the synthetic claps instead of good layered snares, something else totally

nice sample, u could cut the sample partly a bit more accurate ,so the hihats from the sample & yours blend better.
And a dope snr with punch I prefer over claps, but it’s a question of taste.
