Where should I go with this? *New Song (no name for it yet)*

I know I need to fix compression/balance problems, but as in, I don't have any other ideas :/ and I reeeeally want to go somewhere farther with this song.

 

Really I don’t think that your problem is connected with “technical” issues. Pay attention on musical things -> in my opinion there missing musical story (arrangement). This piece is nice, so give your best and finish it. It will be good if you consult some musician or much better composer

 

Sounds not bad at all! It sounds compact, bold...but i hear some distortions too!
The sounds are well selected, though. You should insert some more voices.

Have fun - work on the mixing aspect too.
