Do you really mean the big dipper? It's almost never visible from Australia and even if it does rise above the horizon it will never be fully visible.

Let's take an airport very close to the equator like Changi airport in Singapore. How does a plane travelling at about 500-600mph land if the ground is spinning at 1040mph? Do the planes always approach from the east?
Google Earth the image and look at the runways.

Okay I watched both of those Church of Gravity videos you posted, where Apollo astronauts 'took' pics of the Earth from the Moon.
Why no videos?
If I was on the Moon with a video cam, i would at least point the camera towards the Earth.............once?

I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here. Are you saying the Earth doesn't rotate?

 

And how can anyone stand in one spot, when they're very close to the equator? The ground is traveling at 1049 under their feet! Also: how come people in Australia, on purported "other side" of the so-called "globe," don't fall off? Hmm?

If the earth does rotate at the speed of 1040mph, which no one denies, wouldn't it make sense all planes landing on airports close to the equator have to approach from the East? All runways must be parallel to the Equator for this to work.

By the way, all studios in Singapore have to face their monitors west or you can't hear them, due to the earth rotating 250mph above the speed of sound. If you want to record a guitar amp, singer, etc. it/they must be facing west or the mic will never pick it up.
