As the title say how could I put on a video my track's waveform + a moving background?
I want to make videos exactly like this:

maybe take a look at Resolume 6. also google for -top VJ software- for similar product if you like. for additional loops, check out demo on sis site, search for -vj loops-

 

Hi, do you know how to (moderately) use After effects? Cause, like @spyfx mentioned this is 99% made in AE...
- use layers.
- make your "waveform" visualisation and put it on the 1st layer (static)
- make a layer of 2D graphics, let's say the palms.. you can do it in vector (Illustrator) or even a raster (Photoshop) program. You need the transparency (in raster, the alpha channel). Put it on your 2nd layer.
note: horizontally the graphics should be laaarger than the video "canvas"
- put the water, aero, boats.. on 3rd layer.
- and so on..
- the hills and the sun on the last one.
- make 2 motion key-frames for 2nd (palms) layer. This one should be moving fast (because it's near) and the last (the sun) moving slow. This way you get the effect like watching through car window - the object farther from your POW move slower (or not at all).

Advice: when it comes to music or graphic, don't go for exactly-like-somebody-else.. make it your own!

Everything mentioned above, but if you don't have/want to learn Ae, Fruity Loops (FL Studio) comes with a plugin that's pretty much made for this sort of thing, called ZGameEditor Visualizer. Comes with about a hundred canned effects (most can interact with both audio & video) that you can layer/tweak/churn out vids. Not a real video editor, but no learning curve to speak of either -- point & click. Here's a clickthrough of a few.
