Hello, I'm wondering if it's prossible to process 2 separate pads in 1 output inside the device, not layering but for example compressing only the kick and snare without afecting the rest of the kit.

Create a new Audio Track
Output the two pads to THAT Audio Track
Drop two Compressors on each individual pad or one on the new Audio Track
Tweak till satisfied.

take a look at the the return aux trakcs from the drum rack itself. You can process in "drum rack - time" before you send it to your mix busses or other tracks like Pinkman said. Just wanted to give you this heads up, i use it a lot, i got 3 return aux tracks inside the drum buss, wich is sent back to the drumrack so i apply kick parallel compressors and snare eqing inside the drum rack before even reaching the mixbusses aux tracks. (i use returns tracks as sends - like mixbusses)....
