Alright guys, can anyone recommend any good Android sequencers thats similar to cubase ? Doesn't have to be bang on I just need the Midi editor really to lay down ideas and it should have a good selection of midi instruments and the ability to export the midi tracks as seperate channels. Quite suprised by how good the Garage band app looks for this. Anything like that for Android?

That list is now a year old, but it seems to reflect the current market.
I know only caustic 3, which is available for free on windows. It can export your complete song as midi file (says the manual, and nothing about single-track). It's very complete with synthesizers, samplers, effects, and a lot of instrument presets. I would use it if I'm on a vacation and only allowed (by girlfriends order) to have a tablet with me...
Very interesting, and much better designed looks g-stomper, and with its integrated synthesizer, drum machine and effects it is a real alternative to caustic.
And of course, there are Fl Studio Mobile and n-track studio pro.
They all seem to be very pattern-oriented (including caustic), but should be able to record note-events in real-time also (caustic does).
For your required functionality, like single-track midi-export, you have to evaluate every possible candidate.
