Do you know how to change these things?

1. Background color
2. Cable colors, especially the audio one
3. Icon colors (From FL Studio & To FL Studio)


I thought of tryin to get the custom background & Icons back if we could analyze the FLS10 patcher.dll

@mynet ive changed the back-round color in patcher in the last update 3 and 4 but is only x64
i don't think there's much more other than color that can be changed with the backround it's self
but ill have a look into the rest of it and get back to you on it,

@mynet had a look at patcher and there's not realy that much i can change
the icon's are fonts so all do i can add a plugin icon to it it's still not much better,
i can't find the surface backround at the moment eader
will mess around with it and get back to you on it in a few days.
you could try rename the old patcher and see if it will still work in v12.5
that way you will have the new and old version but not sure how it will work.

 

just wanted to ask if its better to have the on / off green and red or blue and red
or is eveyone happy with the green and blue,just want to wrap this up.

 

I like them much better! I stopped on update 2 I think but can you make the channels indicater match this. I think it was purple and green i think I'm not 100% sure. But yes looks dope.

 

Try to find maximun 2 colours . First is main colour , second is little brighter than main colour.

Red : It is not usefull because eyes can tire so quickly

Multi Colours : User can not navigate qucikly around DAW.

 

The reason i was asking this is that a user sent me a pm
to say after a few hrs he could not make out the green from blue,
i can see them find even from 10 feet away just wanted to make sure there ok for eveyone elace.
This is the color ive set in the other versions
it only takes me a few sec to change them for myself when ever i need to
just dont want use left not knowing if on is off or off is on.

 

I say, maybe, the blue should be a bit darker. Right now it feels a bit too bright, maybe that's why it can cause some problems to some people
I like the red one though, but then you'd have to make the red for every other button that can be on/off?

Red is easier to identify when off. Blue or Green is fine when on. Thank you for your efforts guys hopefully all of this will lead to official Theme support from Image-Line.

 

Hey Lunar. your skin is awesome! only one problem. I only use 32bit FL 12, so the skin won't work. Can you please provide an FLengine.dll

 

Update 5 adobe black x64 have added a darker blue mute and a red mute into all versions,
have also found the handel color on the channel rack so made it gold.
still can't find the green pattern out-line i had it once but is now lost again.
will mess around with a few other colors to start a new one .

EDIT: the only thing about the colors bugging me is the red text for the track names. anything I can do to change it?
