There is a simple test you can do:
Download SAVIHost from the great www.hermannseib.com according to your plugin format, if you use Keyscape directly, download the 64bit SAVIHost. Place it in the same folder as Keyscape.dll and rename savihost.exe to Keyscape.exe.
Run it, choose the correct MIDI input and Audio output and, if using ASIO, the correct output channel. Or use the built-in keyboard to play.
Then see if you still have the same issue. If so, it's most likely a bad Keyscape installation, whataever may have gone wrong...
BTW, It's hard to tell anything from your video, since you only play one single key and we can't see your Keyscape master tune settings. Also, the pitch of the two pianos you compared is not exactly one semitone apart, so what you show by the video looks more like a tuning or pitch bend issue.

Legit users can't buy instruments from Keyscape separately... From the moment that you mess with the library's files you're getting into unknown territory... You don't know how the developers actually made this freakin' thing (and I'm not here to doubt them, these guys make incredible things to bitch about not being able to use these separately), and since they sell it as a whole it should be used as a whole...

At the bottom line all I'm saying is that we should feel blessed that we can try all these stuff that cost a shit-ton of money for free!
